It is a well known fact; your body will function better and you will feel better if you move. The medical world acknowledges it now; moving could allow to lower medication and bring the body back on the health track.

Kundalini Yoga isn’t only stretching, meditating and practicing relaxation. It is a kind of yoga that makes the whole body move, and that elevates the vibration level of the body cells. You might very well benefit from this practice if you are in a fatigue, depression, or sickness period of your life.

Each week, I prepare for you a sequence of exercises focused on a particular goal. For example, in the sequence for the genitals, we will work on the lower belly, strengthen the abdominal muscles, and stimulate the 2nd chakra, where creativity lies. It would be a good sequence to prevent or start healing uterus and ovaries problems. Even though we focus on a specific effect in a particular place in the body (or mind), every class is a complete workout.

Kundalini Yoga has been studied over millenniums in India, and the effects of the sequences have been proven over and over by experience. Many people feel better after only a few classes!
